As a Content Strategist on the Chrome Enterprise team at Google, I spent my days thinking about how to talk to IT decision makers. What I realized, especially through the COVID-19 pandemic, is that the work of IT is essential — yet, how many of us can say we have a strong image of IT? How many of us know just how critical their work is to our day-to-day? IT is a mostly unseen function, but without them, our modern world would come to a complete halt.

To help IT feel seen and appreciated, I developed and led the Leaptakers campaign: a celebration of IT heroes and the inspiring leaps they take each day to keep our world working. Here are the stories I worked to craft alongside a team of producers at Melbourne-based creative agency Apparent.
